At Perth Flora, every bouquet is handcrafted with care using the freshest seasonal blooms sourced directly from WA growers. We take enormous pride in the quality of every order we deliver. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Our Promise: If you are not completely happy with your order, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our Fresh Flower Policy

As flowers are a naturally perishable product, we are unable to accept physical returns of delivered bouquets. However, this does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if your flowers do not meet our quality standards.

When You Are Eligible For a Refund or Replacement

You are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary replacement bouquet if any of the following apply:

  • Your flowers arrived wilted, damaged, or in poor condition
  • The wrong flowers or bouquet were delivered
  • Your order was not delivered on the agreed date
  • The bouquet was significantly different from what was shown on our website
  • Your order was lost or not delivered at all

How To Request a Refund or Replacement

Getting help is simple and fast. Please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery — this is important as flowers are perishable
  • Step 2: Send us a clear photo of the flowers showing the issue
  • Step 3: Include your order number and full name
  • Step 4: We will respond within 2 business hours and arrange your refund or replacement immediately

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Afterpay refunds follow Afterpay’s standard refund process.

What We Are Unable to Refund

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The recipient was unavailable to accept delivery and no safe place was available to leave the flowers
  • An incorrect delivery address was provided at the time of order
  • A change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • The flowers were not stored properly after delivery (kept in direct sunlight, no water, extreme heat)
  • Contact was made more than 24 hours after delivery

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • More than 4 hours before delivery: Full refund issued
  • Less than 4 hours before delivery: We may not be able to cancel as your bouquet will already be in preparation. A store credit will be offered.
  • After dispatch: Unfortunately we cannot cancel once the bouquet has left our facility

Delivery Issues

We deliver across Perth with a flat rate of $16.50. If your order is delayed beyond the agreed delivery window due to reasons within our control, please contact us and we will offer a partial refund on your delivery fee or a discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.

Our Quality Guarantee

Every Perth Flora bouquet comes with our freshness guarantee. We source our blooms directly from WA growers and craft every arrangement on the day of delivery. If your flowers do not last at least 5 days when cared for properly, please let us know and we will do what’s right.
